The weather outside is becoming very dry. I know the older I am getting my skin is becoming dry. NO FUN! Here are a few suggestions. First make sure you cleanse your face 2 times before bed. the first time is to remove the makeup the second is to wash your face. I like to use Purity by Pholosophy (that was in an old FB discussion) another great one is Skinjoy by enjoy. Both are very gentle to the skin.
Secondly make sure you moisture your skin after washing.
I love Skinjoy Reguvinating cream and KINERASE. These I have personally used and highly recommend for a normal to dry skin.
stay away from moisturisers that have mineral oil. All mineral oil does is lay on the top of your skin, it does absolutely nothing.

Get plenty of sleep
eat Salmon (Omega-3)
Stop smoking
exercise
Smile and be happy....
